Skills upgrade

I have upgraded my regular players to skill level #8 and prime to #12. Whats is your strategy?

    If I think the player will be around for awhile then I upgrade the skills to 8 or above.  Unless it’s one of my top players I don’t waste pxp to upgrade him.  If he is just a bonus guy for the event I don’t upgrade at all unless I am flush
    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?
