Repeated App Crashing - 9/28

So global is going bonkers, half my club seems to be unable to play the EB event, so I send a message to CS....and get the same tired BS about checking my RAM and closing background apps.

I KNOW for a fact Devs are aware of this issue, but for some reason CS is going the deny, deny, deny route.  Awfully interesting decision on "customer service."
