    my vip and non-vip teams both got the strike zone gift. I have not received a newsletter gift though I have seen plenty of pictures of it.

    Yikes! Did someone say rigged newsletter gifts? Seriously though, that sucks. Did you check your device and wifi? (Just filling in for CS, working from home)

    I sent a message to CS yesterday at 6:00pm telling them I never received the Newsletter Gift but I haven’t heard back yet.

    Well then I didn’t get it either. If we ever get it it’s likely to be after the event when the boxes have little value.

    Every Legend pull, when I complete a gold offer for sizable amount of gold anything that has a sizable amount of worth gets screened shot.

    That’s some BS. I had the same problem, but CS manually added it to my account last night. Hope this helps you get it if you haven’t already

    Still nada. I know I said it doesn't matter to me but I do have to point out it's poor programming at best. You have a database with a list, the program sends gifts out AUTOMATICALLY based on that list. Simplest of subroutines. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I think it was you, but I'm probably wrong, that mentioned the year/decade change as a potential reason for certain things disappearing in previous versions.. maybe it messed up the newsletter gift as well? I could totally see this team letting a year change interrupt a handful of automated services.

    I’m glad those who didn’t initially receive it got theirs. I am still waiting. Haven’t heard anything back for over 24 hours. What a joke! This is just one of the many reasons why I make very few purchases. I refuse and will keep refusing to give them money because of these types of screw ups and their lack of urgency to fix it.
