Has anyone received compensation yet from this past weekend's debacle?
I messaged CS about our club losing all the points twice over the weekend (we were top 10, then lost all our points on Friday night, and made our way back into the top 25, and again lost all our points on Saturday night). CS responds saying they are aware of the situation on Saturday. No response again until Sunday night, saying they are still working on it. Now its Monday night, and still no word. What a joke this company is - there is no way I am downloading 21.

    Same story here except that I want top ten. Still waiting for a fix or compensation
