Why will this ad not go away?

It sits atop all the screens but will not X out. I can tap right through it as if it isn't there, but it IS there and makes the game unplayable.

I can't believe there aren't a bunch of posts about it.  This has been at least 2 days.

Yup, I am F2P but got sick tired of those ads. It slowed everything down and crashed the app many times. Spent 10 bucks a couple weeks ago and I tell what the best ten bucks I have ever spent. Game seems to run smoother without all those pop ads. Far less incidents of crashing, still had 1-2 since but not like before my purchase.

I'd normally ask which ad this is, but obviously you can't answer that.  I'll put this in the ad-ops tickets, so hopefully this can be dealt with.

It's not a video ad. It's one of your pop up ads.
