Your Customer Care section seems broken.  They are ignoring their customers which is not the way you should do business.

    If you have proof that a member of our Customer Care team is ignoring your help ticket, I'd be more than happy to look into what's happening.  If you're talking about a delay, that's just the state of how things are.  Just take a look at communities.glu.com -- it's not just TSB20 that they deal with.  They deal with our entire suite of games, so we ask that you please be patient as the team deals with the tickets they're getting in the order that that they're received.  Thanks!
