All they had to do to avoid most of the outrage was make an announcement they were having this giveaway. If you won, great but if you didn’t, you feel robbed! I know I’m asking for a lot but a little bit of transparency can go a long way sometimes! Just my opinion!

I got all mine back from yesterday. Kept crashing on the higher levels of that top tower. I thought they’d just blame my wifi or background apps being open like they do with every other issue but for once they actually came thru.

POTW boxes...POTM boxes...event boxes...or anything else sold in this game...It’s all a scam! Save your money and stop wasting it on this garbage! This company will do whatever it takes to rip us players off and that includes BS odds on the boxes!

Honestly, just wanted to share this unbelievable run of bad luck in hopes that maybe someone who’s debating dropping a few bucks on this garbage for the first time or who thinks spending more will help them out realize that even at posted 50% odds, it’s all rigged in GLUs Favour and instead of thinking you’ll gain an edge…

It’s probably because of my wifi or background apps being open. I’m used to being ripped off on event boxes like we all are but this is supposed to be a coin flip odds box...19 50% boxes in two weeks is little excessive even for these scam artists!

They’ll blame your wifi or whatever else they can come with to deflect the blame away from them. Good luck getting a reply from CS. Then after 3 or 4 days, they’ll ask for a screenshot and proof and within that time, something else will mess up and you’ll be sending tickets about that. Game is a complete dumpster fire…

Like someone said in another post...we’re basically paying them to Beta test their garbage. I’m actually kind of surprised they didn’t blame my wifi or having apps open in the background. They screw up the game Constantly and try to blame the players.

4 days after purchasing the grand slam FP and countless messages to CS, here’s my “compensation” ...282 gold plus a tiny fraction of what I actually lost from levelling up all week. This whole game has become nothing short of pure garbage!

Just got my discount working about 15 mins ago and I bought it Monday morning. Zero compensation for what I spent already and I already levelled up everyone I need already at full price. What a complete rip off! Field Pass is just like the rest of the game...complete garbage!

Purchased the grand slam yesterday as well. No levelling discount yesterday or today. Sent in tickets about this and nothing. Still waiting on a reply from an issue on Friday. What a complete dumpster fire this game has turned into. Scam after scam and only gets worse. Double gold weekend but the vids haven't worked right…

Good luck man! Game has become pure trash And a complete rip off. We all struggle with this “addiction” daily and good on you for knowing when it’s time to bail out. Enjoy the extra family time!
