• I play on iPhone and had the same problem. I had to delete the app and redownload it. Don’t sign in when you first open it. Go through the tutorial like your playing the game for the first time ever. When your done. Sign In with Apple first and then sign in with your email. That’s what worked for me.

• I’m having the same issue except with my Facebook account. I’ve used the same email since 2018 and never had a problem. I’m VIP and sent an email and in game support but all they say is do this and do that but I’ve already done what they’ve said and it still doesn’t work. I’m missing out on valuable VIP resources.

• I got Castillo over the weekend and he never showed up in my lineup. Got glasnow out of rays box today and once again not in my lineup. GLU responded over the Castillo deal and they pretty much told me oh well here is another box and I got a 3 star player from it. I was pissed and I still am.
