Can't login to MLB21

Downloaded the MLB21 yesterday and still can't login using email and password from MLB20. Help ticket was sent yesterday and didn't help. I cleared my data on the 20 version today and was able to login again using email and password. But it still doesn't work on MLB21. Maybe it's a blessing.
