2021 and wifi

I was able to use our company wifi to play TSB 2020 with no issues. For some reason 2021 will not open using the same wifi. It goes to 10% then says try again. I have an iPhone X with the latest updates . Anybody know what I could do to get 2021 open ?

If you have another phone, then use it to hotspot off of it. This is what I've always done when I'm at the office
