When will customer service actually review accounts flagged that haven't gone against any TOS instead of having a computer make the decision. Over 3 weeks still getting nonsense answers. How many customers are you willing to lose
There's like 20 or so people dealing with a multitude of the same questions from over 70,000 people. Unfortunately, canned responses have to exist. I personally do not like them, but do understand why they have to be there. There's just too many tickets to go around.
More often than not, when legit accounts get flagged, something is mentioned about it in the in-game news to address the issue. Other than that, we mostly standby the flagging.
