    Yes, its one of the best skills in the game. It DOES NOT work for CVC, EB however. All other game modes its amazing.

    If you're asking about the leadoff skill, it's active in all modes, at all times, so long as he's slotted in the leadoff spot(vs' left and vs' right). The exception is WoH where it'll only be active for the first Ab, 10th Ab, 19th AB, etc, etc.

    If you're asking about first pitch, it's active in all modes, at all times, except EB/CVC. 
    If you're not having fun, you're losing.
