How do we get these at all? When i make a purchase i dont get them, dont moving up, no way at all

when you say you make a purchase you mean buy specials with actual cash? You should get 10 all star tickets per $1 real dollar spent. If you are spending real cash and your all star tickets aren’t moving, you need to contact CS right away.
