Tournament Box Odds

Is it easier to pull the prime player in platinum/diamond tournament boxes or are the odds for the prime player still just as low as gold (5/1000)?

    It's 20/1000 at diamond. 
    If you're not having fun, you're losing.

    Several times I finished over 150 tournaments during D6 cycles. I found the odds for BGs to be quite off, but oddly enough pulling the players wasn’t the issue.
