After putting in your TSB20 info after it asks if you've played the game upon your first boot-up, you get the Keeper prompt after you win your first game or two.
When you go to select your keepers from 2020 does it show you your complete active 2020 line up as player options? I have keepers on my 2020 team that came from 2019 team. They do not appear as options for keepers to go from 2020 to 2021. They are still on my 2020 team and are active players in my 2020 lineup. Am I not allowed to keep them again?

I don't believe previous keepers can be kept again, but I could be wrong. It should show everyone that's currently starting for your '20 team.

I did not receive the option to designate keepers. I’ve been trying to contact CS in game since Monday. No help! Can someone either help me or give me a way to contact someone who can help? Please 🙏
