I understand your concern in this regard that you are unable to play roster battles in the game. I just got an update from the development team that there are no scheduled roster battles in the game as of now so you won't be getting any roster battles to play. Please be patient. 

If there's anything else I can do for you, please create a new in-game ticket. Thanks,
