What is with your game's Customer Support? Every time I send a request, I get one response (usually without any actual information on my problem or a request for a screenshot I had already sent), and then I get nothing after that no matter how many messages I send. Do I really have to re-install the game every time for you to read the message? I've been sitting on several issues for a couple weeks now with no resolution, and they're significantly halting my progress in the game.
