Game Reset Me Back to Lvl 1

I still have my roster and gold in tact but for whatever reason I'm back to Lvl 1 and it's gonna be a chore to have to re-do the story mode. I contacted CS through the in-game VIP Hotline but they were of no help. Has anyone else had this happened to them and is there a proper fix?
