Guaranteed Golds in Rey Draft?

So I got a few of the Rey Jr drafts and it says there should be a guaranteed Gold superstar in it but I didn’t receive one.  Here’s the text for the draft case and the odds for it showing that there should have been a gold superstar there.

So an update to this.  Support got back to me and gave me more Rey cases for each one that I bought. The problem? They did it earlier today and there are no Rey cases anymore.

Support has been an absolute joke. Still can’t get a clear answer on how difficulty is adjusted in Gauntlet. The way I see it, Glu and WWE Universe is on thin ice with the community. Most of these issues can be easily resolved, just requires effort from the devs. Which they are refusing to do so
