Look doll, I understand you guys have some unresolved issues and I am sorry but writing about them under a technical issue post is simply making it unclear. As I can see, Stanislav explained his side a bit and I really think if all the anger was put aside, you could talk it out somehow. But please, don't do it here.
Please notice other dolls are experiencing this issue too and by writing all these personal comments here you can derive them from the help they deserve. I am sorry, but I am not interested in forum dramas as this is only a game and we are all it's customers.
This is a technical issue post. Can we please all be grown ups here? If this situation happened to you you'd like it to be resolved, right? You don't have to like or agree with everyone but I am sorry, we all are customers and we all have the same rights.
Ok this is beyond everything. I used to work in game support and this is not how it should be resolved. If they are unable to make the sale work for you they should offer you to return 50% of the kstars you used on the %stuff during the time of the sale.
