I also got the generic reply from Customer service how they forwarded it on, but no compensation for lost energy, many of which was purchased. Thinking of fighting those charges with my credit card company as technically they did not deliver on what they promised, Definitely won't buy anything else til they fix the game…

I posted a long rant but it seems it didnt post, Will update this later but here are screenshots, I have lost 100's of energy due to this. Its only seth rollins matches and isn't just the event also happens in chapter 14 of the main storyline. p

I just earned 4 t3 weight benches and went to craft a t3 Boots III for Johnny Gargano for the new event, and it also took my materials and did not give me the boots....Wasted Energy again....I told them im done dumping money into this game until they can stop cheating me of energy without compensation.

I can Verify simming that match works but its a BS work around. Also there is a bug that sometimes matches load, but the load screen doesnt dissapear. You can play the match in the background but cant see it, problem is when the match is over load screen stays like that so you have to quit, and when you quit you usually…

I have a Samsung S8 Well equipped to run this. This game always freezes on Chapter 14 at 75% Never loads. (the Match with Seth Rollins) Can't progress. Have wasted so much time and energy (in game, and in real life) because of this. Going to try the "Sim" solution, but honestly that's a cop out work around, that cost me…
