  • I've got the same issue and it has been like that for the last 3 days for me now. I really could've used those daily video golds to upgrade my foods so I can take advantage of the fast flo event to finish up Jamaican Me Hungry!

  • I believe it resets 24 hours from when you watched the videos. I started playing again 8PM EST today and no crashes as of yet after having not watched any videos. I remember watching the videos somewhere around this time last night as well. I attempted playing before 8PM throughout today and nothing registered before now.

  • Yeah, it seems to have been fixed for a day and now it's acting up again. I finally got 5 stars on a level I'd been consistently getting 4 in, and the game crashed. It worked magically for one restaurant, so I headed on over to ToS and of course nothing registered there.
  • I contacted support. They got back to me saying they've brought up this issue to their development team who is currently looking at it and they'd get back to me when they receive an update.
