3 Vials of Booze

I have been trying to complete "Somethin Extra" task for a week and a half. I am supposed to collect 3 vials of booze, n I've actually collected about 15 but it still says 1/3. This is so frustrating. Please help. I don't want to uninstall after spending so much money.
