Trick or Treat Food Drive quest : Can't find survivor

Hi everyone. There is this quest titled food drive in the Halloween episode where you have to find a survivor by searching all of the houses. Does anyone know which house the survivor is in? I have tried searching all the houses and couldn't find him/her.

Also do we have to kill the zombies in each room for the survivor to appear in that room? Or will I find the survivor is just any room which is free of zombies?

Any help is appreciated I have been stuck at this quest for the last two days!!

As far as I'm aware, the survivor is on street nine on the top floor in the side room. Once you've found her, you're awarded the final candy apples and you're given the option to end the level of continue playing.
