No rewards during the event

Is anyone else experiencing problems with collecting rewards during the event? I managed to achieve the first bounty reward, but the game crashed and I lost the item. Since reloading the game, I'm just "Top Tier!" with no further rewards.
Getting seriously bored with the game now - can't collect XP as I'm maxed out, can't collect coins as I'm maxed out, no point collecting items as they're inferior to event rewards and I can't sell them and now I don't have much point proceeding with this event as I can't collect rewards. I'm not moaning (as such!), just seriously disappointed because I love this game!
