My ranking is about 190 but I did not receive reward.

In the last special event ( the Suburbs of the Dead ). My ranking is about 190 but I did not receive reward. First,I think I did not receive reward because system delay ( It was happened to me sometime but i will receive my reward in 5 min later ). But now it looks like I miss my reward because now is about 3 hours ago from end of special event . Help me plz.... Admin
