Nightmare Event question

I've noticed in the event that the hospital is locked. Does anyone know how to unlock the hospital?

    I believe it is locked because it is not part of this event. Sometimes specific events will play in the hospital.

    Thanks, it just seemed weird that it was there in you dream but could never be unlocked
