Finishing event

Is it worthwhile to finish the event over and over or just keep playing once finished once? Does it make a difference if you quit the event or if you quit through the pilot? There is no way i can make it through as quickly as required to get the bonus quests, to get an A, so that is no longer a goal for this event.
