Fix for the Loss of Fans Issue

Hello everyone,

As you know, some people have reported a loss of fans over the past couple of weeks. The team has been actively working towards a resolution but it's been a super tricky bug to find and fix unfortunately. Deep into the belly of the code.

The servers are currently being patched to correct the issue that caused some players to lose fans. The bug impacted only a small number of players, but these folks (and several of you here!) are some of the most active and ardent players of the game. The patch should be complete within an hour and no down time expected.

Players who lost progress should be restored to their previous levels (this may take longer than an hour). I know this has been a particularly frustrating issue and hopeful this will correct it.

Thanks for the info GluJenn!

I saw the previous reports from other players and was starting to worry about.

I know customer care is the best way to the team collect info to fix these issues, but how about if we start to ask the info like platform, level, device, gender in game to the players here too?

I say that cause this way we can identify if there are patterns to each bug/glitch that is happening and help the team to figure faster what's going on.

That works when we post at KKH forum.

Thanks, I'll pass both of your IDS to our team to verify it's part of the fix. I was told there are a couple of instances where the fix did not take the first time (due to a timing issue of when the fix was made and game saves), but they plan on running the fix multiple times over the next couple of days to make sure to catch everyone.

We like to increase the level cap with each game update, so watch out for the next one!

To the players affected by the losing of fans, post your screenshots that you've gained them back. Otherwise, they won't do anything about it and say that it's been fixed already.
