I've always thought it was ranking you against the NPCs in the game. As my rank keeps increasing I almost never get turned down to add people to my contacts.

I add every single new NPC I find (and make room by deleting the least famous one) especially since a couple of them randomly come with 15 style points! Plus it lets me know who I've already talked to (green speech bubble) vs who is new (white)

An NPC with a matching suit and regular colored hair? Invictus is pretty lucky!! Im a fan of NPCs who wear all one color and have some interesting accessory choices, but finding one who looks "normal" is always a plus. Too many of them have the creepy red eyes

Before the update I almost never saw everyone in the labels singles just because they were new, they had to be recommended to me by someone else. Surprisingly, I did hear back today about this issue. i only received an apology and no compensation like you guys. Rohit, my customer care member said "I am sorry to hear about the credits you did not receive for the weekend event event. Unfortunately, this is not irreversible even though I'd love to do it for you."
