It is interesting that again this Global only a couple of players from the All Time Leaderboard are on the Global Leaderboard. DG1923I, #5 AT is at #11 and I am at # 17.
On a personal note, as most of you know, I have been chasing Patrickpiollot who has been #1 on the AT Leaderboard forever. The top 4 positions on the All time Leaderboard are very close:
Good Job ... it's league days like these which reminds me why I always go for the TOP 30 in the beginning ... of course I also always ask myself by the 2nd or 3rd day, "is going to the GOLD LEAGUE worth the effort?". Most of the time the answer is ... absolutely not !!!
Then I run into the numb nuts that "force" me into neutral, so I get out and start pushing the car forward ... inch by inch. It's really not the players' fault; they're just playing the cards they were dealt by the GLUTONS (idiots).

But that 1st day league was ridiculous. With 5 minutes to go, I was sitting "great". I was in 2nd place, 1 point behind 1st place. I figured that I would have no problem finishing in the top 10. Boy was I wrong!!!
I started watching player after player tying my score and I be a S*B, if player after player kept being rank above me, until I was in 10th place. It really got unsettling watching Rank #14 moving up the board. With 10 secs to go, he was only 2 points behind us. Thank god, he either ran out time or he ranked behind me.

YEP ... as you mentioned 200 VP = 100 GOLD, but that's not all.
The weapon being offered will be in the Global in 1-2 weeks anyway ...
Everything you just accomplished in the Global is useless ...
You now need to win every day (all 3 events) in order to grab the weapon ...
Most of the players don't need the weapon but they score VP like there's no tomorrow; sort of like collapsing a 4 day Global into 24 hours ... it's insane.
There are NO prizes, other than some drone fuses ... what the hell, they promised me "better" prizes if I made the GOLD league. You've really got to be psychotic to "want" to be in the GOLD LEAGUE ... LMAO
