Finally after weeks of chain driven HEAVY weapons, I present you with a pair of 20.5 Heavies w/optics:
TOP 10: 20.5 CRUSH HEAVY - 117.96M-180.62M
TOP 30: 20.5 ORC HEAVY - 98.3M-160.96M

It's been a long dry spell and most players are in dire need of this weapon. I anticipate ferocious competition in this the 1st TIER 20 GLOBAL EVENT ... the 20.5s are here.
There's a pair of 21.5 Weapons sitting atop the Super VIP, but this is too rich for my blood; any takers?

The Drone Weapon at 1600 is a new generation of Drone Weps, a 47.19M HR
Parts, beginning at 150 and completed at 6750, are for a 21.0 Sniper, the Fox, 104.86M
8000 Gold gets you the Charteux, a 21.5 Assault, 157.29M/241.17M
9250 Gold gets a 21.5 Heavy with modern optics, the Druid, 196.61M/321.91M, a very nice gun.
In short an expensive Super that gets you three great guns plus a Drone Wep you will not live long enough to strap on.
The truth is that this week's Global is finally offering a real nice Heavy that will get you through the cycle, so a Silver League finish should be the cost effective way to get a new state of the art Heavy.
Totally agree about Global vs VIP. This Global HEAVY is offered so early in the cycle, that it's the BEST and cost effective option. Surprisingly, my plan is for a TOP 90 finish, but the competition isn't as furious as I thought it might be, so I'm sitting in RANK #39 ... stats coming @ 3 DAYS 15 HOURS REMAINING.
Can't wait to give the boot to "THE BOOT" ...
Wow, 6750 gold for the FOX SNIPER, being able to pick my fox up for $660K of funny money keeps looking better and better all of the time.
The 21.5 gun really look appealing, but 9250 gold, come on really almost $300.00 real money? That is a car payment for a lot of people.

How true, I am already reaping the benefits.
My absolute floor for a vault is 700K and in the last 20 battles over half of the vaults have been 800K+. Who in their right mind would have ever thought that when I draw 700K vault, that I would consider skipping it to find a bigger vault.
I have not fought a SR battle ever since I picked up the FOX. I c.urrently have a 19.5 SHEOL HEAVY 60% upgraded. Right now I am thinking that the 20.5 ORC HEAVY would be nice to get, but I don't have to go crazy trying to get it. A very relaxing way to play this game.
The FOX will also carry me into Tier Base 21 and possibly most of the way through Tier Base 22, before I need to be be looking for a SNIPER upgrade.

Competition continues to be ferocious as it appears everyone is jumping into the fray. The "High Rollers" simply sprint to the top of the leaderboard and that threshold appears to be RANK #22; that leaves just 10 RANKS for the remainder of the field (200 serious players) to battle for a TOP 30 finish.
Many backs will be broken coming down the stretch; hopefully I won't become a collateral casualty.

UPDATE (07:34 PM EST): It's been 3.5 hours since I "parked" at RANK #16: 8,490 AP and only a single player has passed me (3 hours ago) and is sitting at 8.535 AP. This is hilarious ... somewhat like the SILVER LEAGUE and nobody wanting to actually win except in this case nobody wants to pass 8,500 AP

No, I am just biding my time here, there seem to a lot of big number between the score from 128 to 90. I have been putting in 200 points of so each hour, and I am not moving up very fast. But then with level 30 at 9685 and level 128 at 4510, that make for the possibility of a wide range of score. I am currently sitting on 223 All Energy Credit, so I can make a move anytime that I want.
Since I currently have a 19.5 SHEOL HEAVY (63.18M/80.48M), I would like to get the 20.5 ORC HEAVY (98.3M/160.96M), but I don't think that I need to go crazy to get it. It won't raise my SR vaults high enough for me to want to fight the battle.
Right now my main goal is to get into the top 90. I have 30 1/2 hours to accomplish that. If I get there then I will go for the 15 parts in silver league.
