  • A little more information. Playing on a Galaxy S5; Android version 5.0; kernel version 3.4.0-4443965; game version 2.01 The game shuts down if I try to revenge, PVP, or do a mission. Collecting diamonds and purchasing/upgrading weapons works fine.
  • Actually, the customer service system is an automated system that uses a random number generator to determine how long your request will remain in the queue, which virtual representative will respond and whether or not your issue is resolved or placed back into the queue.   • Still not a word. Based upon my experience, customer support is completely horrendous and non-existent.
  • No, I used a different email address which I check very often on the customer support submission page.
  • Requests were submitten via https://glumobile.helpshift.com/a/contract-killer-sniper/?contact=1 which I got to via the tournament rewards sticky. I received no ticket number or anything else.
  • Rebooting my Android device numerous times and still have same issues.
  • But that is just a work around and not a fix to the obvious bug in the system.

  • As I also reported in the Bug thread, I am on the Android version. I have experienced the lost diamonds several times now as well as the 1240 to find a PVP.
  • OK, this just happened again, and I lost over 4000 diamonds that I had already collected. I actually took screen shots to prove it this time. So, I have a reproducable error.

  • I just tried to do a PVP battle and received a network connection error, clicked the retry button a few times, then finally closed the game.   • I'm on an Android and still receive the server maintenance message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still same thing.
