There is a Premium Ticket Box (100 gray tickets) - that one gives most tickets, I've got total 2 or 3 gold tickets from it, and I know it can drop 3 pink tickets. From my knowledge the more on the right the more expensive venues get. Before BBQ Chef Arena was the most expensive, now I'm not sure. And Chief Arena is somewhat a venune because you can have rolled a duel there, but to play there Duel Token is required instead of supplies.

I can go with some unobtrusive pieces like ribbons, but dueling someone with chlamydia T-Shirt on and on would somewhat depressing and unpleasant. This is game and some of us play games to take a break from everyday life, not to make it more miserable.

This could be neglected with Rushing Hour VIP dish and diminished with fully upgraded counter. Also I don't know what is you tactic, but sometimes it's better to give up 3-tip swipe for more customers (don't wait for all 3 to be served, swipe on two and serve third one as other two getting on the stools).
