• Same here, I lost everything a week ago. They did get back to me at first and restored a little bit of my progress but now I am just waiting. I think they should give me a refund for the real money I spent that they can't recover, because this is ridiculous.

• Well they "restored my progress" but it's only like a quarter of what I had done. Now I am really upset. I spent actual money on upgrades that didn't get restored.

• Neither relaunching nor activating wifi after a certain number of minutes work for me. The game crashes on the loading screen or immediately when I reconnect wifi. When I play offline, Pieces of Ate shows 'downloading' over the venue.
