We are aware that some folks are having issues with the game quitting and we are looking into it. Please do not uninstall the game! As it says in the warning, all of your data will be lost unless you've backed up!
I don't think there is- Apple doesn't let us have any access to player's accounts (because all transactions must go through them). Without the regular iTunes sync, data transfer can be spotty. You may find some others options but there isn't much we can do.
