Hey minniez! They typically have a large influx of tickets, but if you sent something in it'll definitely be looked into! Your player ID and username are both in your settings, but you would need the one associated with your old account since it would be tied to your old save. -SuperFlan

Hey dellapina! You'll earn a cookie for each coin and heart you earn, so yes, upgrading the foods will net you more Grandma's Cookies! You can tap on the 'i' next to to the Score to Beat when selecting a level to see the full breakdown of how to earn Grandma Cookies.

Hey y'all! We've seen this a few times and are working on it. Just leave your device on for a few minutes as the scene slowly plays out. It does look like its freezing, but it's actually just loading very sowly. Hope this helps! -Fermin

Hey MissRoxanne5! Do you have a streak bonus? If so, streak bonus rewards don't actually count towards beating the level. You'll have to do it with your base score only. But they do count for your leaderboard standing! You were very close with your score, so it's likely your streak bonus bumped you up just past the score.…

Except for a the first few levels, they're available for all of them. If you see a '+' sign, that means you can tap on the boost to purchase more. A green checkmark means you own some, and by deselecting it you can see how many you currently own. Hope that helps! -Superflan
