the one upside I’m seeing so far is that because there’s a smaller variation of scores and more people have the same number of scores, more players *should* theoretically be able to win the ts prizes
I’ve been wanting to try the tactic of submitting my only 2 tickets last minute and would totally do it for this event since I’m not a big fan of the earnables, but I have a feeling I’ll get thrown into bronze again instead of gold and support is just gonna screw me

as a libra this is so disappointing… the aries sys and most of the other zodiacs have been done so well and were really creative but these prizes have absolutely nothing to do with libras. yall could’ve done a cool scale headpiece or purse at the very least but I guess we’re not worth the effort

finally after 4 attempts to reach out to someone in support, I am back in gold where I was meant to be. however, this means I lost out on 3 kstars, 5 energy, and 7 DIAMONDS that I could’ve won in gold 1 during the weekday sys (I finished 1st in silver 1) @KalindaKing is there any chance for those of us that were screwed…
@DevinD15 thank you doll! unfortunately, support has been ignoring me and they were able to move me into silver 1 while the event had already begun, but they did not move me into the correct group. when I reached out again, they said they had now put me in the correct group which was meant to be gold 1. they never told me…
at this point the least they could do for anyone who hadn’t been placed in the correct group would be to award them the prizes they would’ve gotten based on how they placed (ex. if you got 1st in bronze 2, you should get the prizes for 1st from the group you were meant to be in)
customer service is absolutely ridiculous… I explained that I was placed in the wrong ts group on monday (finished 2nd on sunday in silver 3, placed in brone 1), therefore I should’ve been placed in gold 1 for this sys. I get notified that my ts group is corrected… it’s not… I get placed in silver 3. I then contact support…
same! they moved me to silver 1 when I should be in gold 1… even though I explained that I finished in 2nd in silver 3 on sunday… honestly this is ridiculous
