The same thing happened to me right after the update.....so I cleared cache and ram....then uninstalled the game...restated my phone then reinstalled the game and it worked fine

So I finally got the game to work.....but I'm back to level 1 and when I try to load from the cloud it says unable to find file...I've spent hundreds on this game tons of time....all my wyrmslayer armor was fully upgraded I was level 61 had the widow makers almost all the way upgraded had the mystery ax almost all the way…

Samsung galaxy s4....quad core processor...2gb of ram.....android 4.2.2 os.....I've tried uninstalling and factory resetting the phone then reinstalling.....tried deleting the resource pack then trying to load game....tried deleting the g wallet file then reloading the game...still nothing....tried killing all running apps…

Doesn't matter now...I can't even get the Damn game to load....won't go past loading screen....I already had to stay over one bc my character was reset....not going to go through all that again and spend hundreds more building up s character that will not be able to use

I got kicked out of a battle and now my game won't load...just goes from loading to black screen....how can I fix this...I just built a character from scratch...this is the second time this has happened.....I've spent months and hundreds if dollars and now can't even play please help...
