That’s called gambling. Especially with real money, it can be super dangerous. Especially when teens and tweens play this game. No clue how Glu has gotten away with it for so long.

I agree. I actually like it. It takes away the gambling part of this game, which has always disappointed me. You could spend $10 on diamonds and not end up with a single item from the Diamond boxes (which has happened to me) I think as long as they don’t raise the season pass cost, I’ll enjoy it more. For free…

This game has gotten so bad. I am starting to think that Glu/EA is really preying on people and encouraging them to gamble. No matter how much money you spend in this game, it’s a gamble. I’m also still in the wrong SYS level. They said they fixed it; but I submitted a look and I didn’t move up. I messaged them Tuesday and it’s Thursday and still no response. Lame. I just stopped submitting looks because after the update my scores plummeted to 30, just like always. Yawn, this game is quickly becoming too…

Ouch. I continue to score the lowest I’ve ever scored. I thought with the update we would see a little bump? I haven’t gotten a 50 in several months now.

The last two SYS I’ve watched my scores plummet. It’s getting so annoying and ridiculous. I got 20’s the last round, the lowest I’ve ever had, including when I first started playing. Fix the algorithms!!!

Same here, only I got a 60 towards the end at the last event, so my scores will stay low this whole event. I’m getting 37s. It’s pretty assumed at this point by most of us that the scores we receive aren’t all real and that there is some sort of algorithm Glu uses.

I feel like it carries into the next SYS too. I started off in the 30’s after scoring really well previously. Now my scores are slowly slowly creeping up. So obvious that there is an algorithm.

At this point, it’s incredibly clear that this is rigged. My previous scores were 55, 53, 58, 59, 58. Then I get a 60 and plummet to 40. @KalindaKing how many more screen shots does the team need to see in order to address this? Are we getting close? 🤦🏻♀️

I agree! The last three tickets I’ve watched my competition pass me, all because I got a perfect score. It’s ridiculous. I’m gonna miss out on the top too now. I sent a message to customer care but I’ll just get a canned answer back. 😡 It’s apparent they don’t think highly of their players.

And it continues into my second look after as well. It’s so shady that it’s not addressed. It would be weird if it was one time, or even every other 60 score. But it’s literally every.single.time.

This SYS was so rough for me. I got high 40s to low 50s and ended up in 9th. There were at least 8 ticket buys. Even submitting my last saved ticket I couldn’t catch up. Such a disappointment. The first five people had over 1000 points 😢. I started five hours late too hoping it wouldn’t be so bad.
