For me, it's a mix. With the real players, I get the skewed scoring that I got prior to the update; and, against the computer opponents, the scoring it +10 or -10. On a related note, the people who have challenged me have ranged from low level players to top 10 players.

Excited? Yes. Super excited? No. There are still a number of bugs, but I certainly do like some of the changes that came with the update.

That is typical type of prize for me. Yet, I still play it every week during those times when I'm low on VIP recipes and don't want to spend coins on duels without sufficient VIP recipes.

Funny that you mention screenshots. I've taken approximately 200 screenshots of duel results for the purpose of seeing if I can reverse engineer how scoring and ticket awards work. However, I've yet to do anything with them. As an FYI, here is a screenshot from a BBB duel I just lost where my opponent scored well over 1250.

I have 100% on all of the upgrades and I have all 3 VIP spots unlocked for BBB. I average around 1000. If I use all 3 boost spots, then I average around 1050-1100. I have a stuck duel that has been there for a month. I also have a seemingly permanent 1 showing on the clothing store icon that I can't get rid of. Annoying for us OCD types.

I absolutely agree. The best thing you can do is forfeit those marches in which you are challenged (you will only lose 3 points and the loss won't count in your record). For those matches that you initiate, you can exit the game as soon as you see the other person's stats for the venue and all you will lose is that duel…

Yes, there is an inherent risk in deciding whether to use boosts; however, the scoring framework encourages forfeits as well as creates an environment that stifles competitive matches. In my opinion, the chef duels are BADLY flawed in multiple aspects. 1) As has been noted, there is no congruity with scoring.
