Negative Glu Coins?

Hey I have negative Glu Coins? I was going to play HoD and use tapjoy to get coins to buy heroes and skill points ect. But I don't see the point if I have to do another 600+ coins just to get back to 0? I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it always goes back. Any help?

    Ok I saw that I have to submit a ticket and have done so. Guess I'll just have to wait.
