Eternity warriors doesn't show everything in the shop?

I'm trying to take advantage of the devil armor sale. But I can't because the only devil gear that shows in the shop is the devil arm piece. There is no other devil gear available. I tried uninstalling the app and re installing. Didn't work. I backed up to ICloud and restored. Didn't work. I went on another device and tried it and it shows on that device but I don't use that device.
