Lost Character to faulty saving in Externity warriors 2

I currently lost my prestigious level 63 that i worked on for monthes. He had almost all of the dragon equipment fully upgraded and i was hoping for someone to help me recover. I really love yhis game and was considering to pay real money to get some stuff. Can someone please help me recover my character. O frequenly saved but it dod not show.

Same here got iPhone 5 upgrade from 4 and game wouldn't work so I reinstalled and I lost everything have over 100 bucks invested in this please help
