It's all gone!

I accidentally deleted my game, and when I re downloaded it(on the same device), all my progress was completely gone and it made me start from the beginning again. I backed up my game and I was so far into it, it'd be a shame if all my data was lost. I was an A-lister and #1 in the top 100, please help
