small city issue

My girlfriend and i just got the game. We love it, we can post on facebook but we cant invite people, plus our codes arw the same. Only 3 letters anda 0 at the end. And when we log in some of our cash disappears. Great game i have recomended it to a few friend to try out, soo far 2 hooked on it. Please help.
