Help please with episode 5 zombie game

I am stuck on the rooftop on groove street 1 in episode 5 of the zombie game. It will not let me go down the stairs it says it is locked and there is no where else for me to go. It's frustrating I love this game but don't understand where I am suppose to go! Please help if you can!
