I lost all my guns everything stuck a lot of money in it now I got to start from beginning what the heck

okay this is the second time in 2 days I lost everything I'm about ready to delete this app I had just about every gun and it deleted it I stuck about $30 $40 in and it deleted that so I'm ready to delete the whole app

Have you changed devices? you don't mention what you are playing on.
Have you contacted Customer Care directly and provided the information about your device and account? I would start there.

Never changed devices or anything and I'm on a galaxy s3 everything just keeps deleting never reset phone or anything I'm playing it next day its gone

No same device a galaxy s3 never reset phone didn't change anything at all and yes I contacted customer service but they never replied back
