Can't access region 4 in deer hunter 2014

I used to be able to see region 4 but not that I am done with region 3 and in level 15 it won't even show up on my game??? How do I fix this???

The initial release of the game gives you access to regions 1 through 3. We released a game update that added region 4 not too long ago. Did you update your game?

I go onto the App Store and it doesn't say there is an update ?

Please try again, when you checked the update was not live yet, it is now.

I am on region 4 of deer hunter, all i can see the water falls but when click on begin button nothing happening.I tried with trophy hunting and hunting series.Please help

When you get to a new region, the device has to "download" content for it. It sounds like your device did not finish downloading the content.

Could you please make sure you re using a reliable and fast internet connection when you play the game? and let us know if that works.
