Zombies Ate my Friends: Takes forever to load and crashes

Two problems:
1) When I load the game, it sits at a black screen for several minutes. Sometimes it crashes and sometimes it sits there until an ad pops up. If the add pops up, then I can cancel the ad and play the game
2) IF I get pas the game loading issue, then the game crashes each and every time I go left from 3 Rando street to 2 Rando street. I can go right to the higher number Rando streets no problem, but when I go back and try to go from 3 to 2 Rando street the game crashes.
So.... fix this please?
